Charley, the sky will not fall, because it is a gas. We probably won't all die, but life might be a lot more miserable. Corrective action can be taken that will slow the warming effects if the jackasses standing in the way don't keep blocking the people who are trying to do something. It amazes me that the wrong wing has made this a political issue, rather than a scientific issue.
