My question is if a contract was signed and it was acknowledged where is the trust? I don't know if a price stipulation was made but there was a problem with financing before in the state of Iowa, way back when. This dissension can't be good. Where is the trust? If the shares were promised from these two people shouldn't they keep their word and restore faith in their integrity?

But what do I know?

Savant I remember reading that part regarding shares for promotion. Another thing I seem to remember is, that if shares are promised they would need to be bought back or covered by the company or directors. This makes me believe that if the shares were from one of the directors there would be no problem.
