Dear STeven: Here in south Fla. we are having a COLD WAVE. Temp went ALL THE WAY DOWN to 47F overnight but at least its clear and very sunny!!! haha. I too wondered about your point ii. ie why didnt they use their own fleet. Hope your thoughts are the reason. Hows Australia? My wife and I have friends in the Western State (forgot the name). We were going to visit until we learned the air fare!! JDN
