You do not know any more than anyone else does about what the citizens of Tambo Grande want. When the time comes, the citizens of Tambo Grande will surely enter negotiations with MAN and this situation will be clarified. The problem with this issue, is that MAN, the Gov't of Peru, and the town of Tambo Grande have not come to an agreement yet (or have they???). Until then, we can talk about this issue until the mangoes ripen, but only MAN, the Gov't of Peru and the people of Tambo Grande can settle this. Until then, TG-1 as an open pit remains only as a possibility.
