Bruce Sinclair joined WaveRider Communications Inc. in 1997 as President and CEO. Mr. Sinclair is an industry leader who brings 20 years' experience in the field of high-technology management development, organizational re-engineering and international sales and operations.

Mr. Sinclair is the former president of computer giant Dell Canada, responsible for launching Dell in Canada. As Vice President of Dell Europe, Mr. Sinclair was responsible for all European sales and operations resulting in European sales growth from $250 million (U.S) to over $1 billion (U.S) in a two-year period. While head of Dell Europe, Mr. Sinclair was responsible for implementing an industry first Euro-wide distribution and sales support operations that resulted in significant cost savings and improved competitiveness.

Mr. Sinclair has worked in North America and Europe with several high technology companies including IBM Canada, Northern Telecom and Harris Systems Ltd. Mr. Sinclair has held various management positions with these companies and was primarily responsible for launching new product technologies and growing sales and support operations into new markets.

Mr. Sinclair holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and is a Board Member of the Canadian Paraplegic Association.
