To ALL, INTC settles with AMD regarding MMX trademark.

I may be missing something, but I don't see what Intel gains here. AMD must indicate MMX is trademarked but it doesn't look like they have to advertise that it's Intel who have the trademark. Intel should have continued the litigation and kept the potential AMD customers wondering about the outcome IMHO.
