Market Value of Iomega now exceeds Seagate and Western Digital combined, net of cash. Shorted more Iomega; went long Seagate and Western Digital.

Here is the math.
Iomega: $6.393 billion - ($46 x 143 mm shs o/s) = $6.578 billion - 185 mm cash

Seagate: $5,425 billion - ($52.50 x 130 mm shs o/s) = $6.825 billion - $1.4 billion cash

Western Digital: $760 mm - ($23.50 x 43 mm shs o/s) = $1.01 billion - $250 mm cash

How many think that the Iomega enterprise should be worth more than Seagate and Western Digital Enterprises combined?
