Dear Bill: I live within 6 miles of Cyberguards headquarters. I would have done it for $250. (gg). Knew the Company well and like you got the hell out before the truth came out. I dont think it was anything fraudish though. They were just over touted. They did have an excellent product but no good distribution system. They had previously basically done government work and never had to SELL THEMSELVES. The board actually had asked me to come and talk to them for advice but by then I was history in the stock. JDN
