That is my point precisely.

I cant agree to buy a car and then go back two weeks later and say.."hey, I didnt realize that the this car doesnt have the heater with the instant heating element...I want a refund."

FWIW...I have tried to deal with all of this privately. All I have recieved in writing was a statement from Ken Danchuk stating that the company was ceasing all OTC bb promotions and that a settlement was in the works.

Then Ken said verbaly that it is against SEC regs to compensate with securities.

Then he said verbally...that I I was to recieve 25k shares. I told him verbally and in writing that this was not our agreement.

After that he said that he was instructed not to speak with me and that the matter has been handed over to the companies attorneys...which means...if you want it...come and get it.

So....I am coming for the promised shares.
