Sir,

The problem you saw on Thursday was caused by a TCP/IP error on your firewall. The only way to rectify the problem was to create a new account for you. The reason why it took 20 minutes to do so was because the account had to be opened and trades had to be transferred between accounts. As soon as this was done we attempted to call/page you. We apologize for the delay, but we have not encountered this TCP/IP issue before and have already taken steps to insure this does not happen again.
