Dear CJ: Well as everyone knows, I know diddly shit about this stuff but I am merely going by the Magizine PC World where DELLS always come out way ahead of the pack on service. Microns good machines as I recall but nowhere near Dell in Service record. In fact, going from memory only, I think they were similar to CPQ. JDN
