If you've got the patience and agree that the terms seem reasonable, it makes sense. I'm going through the back door on this one through DZTK. One similar situation was HNCS and RETK. RETK being the spinoff, and HNCS being the parent. RETK was worth more than the parent company alone. The back door entry so far has been met with a higher reward-to-risk ratio. Rainier
