Bruce, I know you removed DENT from your portfolio because of a management buyout but it's now sitting at an 18% discount to the buyout price. Doesn't seem like too bad a spot to park some proceeds that would otherwise be sitting in cash over the next couple of weeks.

Do you ever use this strategy?
