AH: Yes, I have spoken with the company and they assure me their primary focus is still in the gold sector. Also, they tell me that they continue to evaluate opportunities for investment, joint ventures, etc. in the gold sector but have not yet found the deal that could be concluded successfully.

Meantime, they have made an investment based on their extensive due diligence of one tenth of their capital to own 25% of a very prospective private company that will probably go public in the future. Presumably that IPO might be on NASDAQ but that is as far as any connection to NASDAQ goes.

Had they wanted to fritter their treasury away foolishly they would have done so by now. So, I agree one million is a serious sum but with 8 or 9 mil left they are in a very healthy position to continue to increase shareholder value in gold exploration. Certainly pulling gold out of the ground in Ghana wasn't helping their share price! If they had tried to become SJD.COM I would regard that as abandoning their traditional shareholder base and be gone by now, this is different in my opinion. Regards
