<But then the summer follows and ruins everything unless demand is extraordinary. -Z>

Yes, this is the question of all questions. CNBC just reported weak PC sales for the recent month. Still growth, but not as much as usual. Didn't really catch the particulars, but it may all fall into a pattern.

We have Windows 2000 coming and probably a flood of people waiting to buy PC's after the y2k problem is solved, or after their current system shows signs of trouble. How much friendlier could things be than to own a Win 2000 computer in this new millenium?

It is amazing to see how many people are getting $400 savings off any PC by joining an ISP like MSN or AOL.

So, will there be a flood of buyers when Win 2000 is here, and all the y2k dust has settled, or will people spent their wad in advance to prepare, or will it just be a wash?

Regards,

Mark
