Bosco-- Thanks for the article. But it's one step removed from the Service Provider/Carrier market. The GE being deployed in your article is for large enterprise customer's backbone networks(Bay Networks, Cisco, and Cabletron space). I just keep wondering when GE will start being deployed by Service Providers. I suppose it's a matter of time before it does, but I still can't find anything about it that is here and now. As you may know, MRVC is creating GE products for the service provider market, and I can't figure out who they will be selling to. I believe they are, as usual, slightly ahead of their time.
