I might be reading it wrong, (I don't pay real careful attention) but it seems to me that bin Laden and his ilk were not at full throttle war with us until the Sudan bombing. There was a smoldering ember of resentment there, but Clinton fanned that into a bonfire.

They hate us with a passion now, and rightfully so.
