Tony, you might be surprised. Georgia has been promoting IT training everywhere. Moreover, the State is investing $100 million on a plan to make it the number 1 center of chip design. They are adding 12 endowed chairs (no salary cap) in chip design at Ga. Tech. Cadence was the consultant (queried their customer lists) on the plan. Sounds slick to me. I can't help you out on Italian sponge cake, but I ate a great 12" high Panetone from COSTCO this Christmas. Really a treat.
