Gel Tech Pdt Reduced Length Of Colds By 85% In Study WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. -- Gel Tech LLC's Zicam homeopathic cold remedy reduced the duration of a common cold by an average of 85% in a study. Gel Tech is a joint venture between GumTech International Inc., (GUMM) and BioDelivery Technologies Inc. Gel Tech said Monday in a press release the nasal solution "significantly" reduced the severity of colds including nasal congestion, sneezing, coughing, and sore throat.
