Oddly enough, it's the internet that's making the foreign telecom's move according to CNBC.
Put electronic retailers, i.e. CC and BBY on your watch list for 2000.
Their sales will fly when Microsoft's new 2000 software comes out. Windows 2000 is reflected in Microsoft's price, but not the retailers yet.
Electronic retailers will be direct beneficiaries.
