Electroman -- If your CMGI friend's disclosure was inadvertent, the SEC just might show some mercy. But obviously he was crazy to make such a statement to someone who can't keep his mouth shut. You have really put your friend, and probably yourself, in the hot seat. But given the rapid spread of this rumour to other threads, I would guess that the SEC will come after you with guns ablazing. SI will give up your true identity in a heartbeat when the SEC dogs come sniffing. You are a fool of the worst kind.
