International Internet's BroadcastWeb Network Subsidiary Enters Programming Service Agreement with Audience Development Group BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 27, 1999--International Internet, Inc. (OTC:IINN) announced today it has entered a programming service agreement with the Audience Development Group of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Subject to the terms of the agreement the Audience Development Group has granted The Broadcast Web Inc. an exclusive right to utilize programming constancy for a period of one year commencing on January 1, 2000. The Audience Development Group's services consist of market in field visits, station and competitive analysis and review, strategic design of music and presentation elements or format strategy, overall station packaging and design and signature voice work. Additionally, Brian Wright of Audience Development Group will be the signature voice of the TheBroadcastWeb Network. Mr. Wright will be heard in liners, jingles and station promotions. Ed St. James subsidiary President of TheBroadcastWeb.com stated "We are thrilled to have The Audience Development Group at our side.
