Zacks had an estimate of .9, First Call .6, If non-recurring royalties increased it by 7 and litigation reduced it by 4 you get 8 (using AXC's # 11 cents).

Will the street see it as 11 or 8? Looks ok either way as far as the estimates are concerned.
