Actually, all kidding aside, that would be the best thing for NT. NT is competitive when it comes to pure salary. But when you start throwing in options and bonuses, they don't even come close. They have wisened up a bit since they bought Bay Networks, but they still lag their competitors. NT's PE has gone even higher today, 600+. CSCO is 170+ and LU is 70+. They have a lot of work to do to get out in front of the enterprise curve and they are already far more overpriced than other comparable companies.
