Re: Valuation. I would caution people about selling too soon. From my point of view, part of what is behind the bio-rally is the relatively small supply of biotech stock. Consider how many biotech IPO's occured from 1997-1999. Add the deletion of companies as CNTO, SUGN, etc. Compare this to the # of Internet related IPO's. As analysts return to roost, and investors look elsewhere for places to deposit their e-business gains, I suggest biotech will be one of the beneficiaries.
