Thats a good example. Every setup looks a little different. It may be a gap under the retrace or an MA or a whole number. The key is that it's an obvious point for the crowd. Also, just like S/R, some levels are very focused, with a lot of cross-verification points while others are "fuzzy", if that makes any sense.

One of the cleanest retraces develops when major fib levels through multiple time frame trends criss-cross, i.e. the 38-62s illustrated at my site. Am sure you could also find 38-50-62s if you really looked for them.

The recent popularity of fibs fascinates me. The common knowledge of 38-50-62 has me trusting those levels much less than I used to.
