The CIBC report should be a wake up call to the directors that all is not well at the company. the lack of profit, lack of a meaniful profitable contract, the latest screw up-investing in Texamco. This management team is flawed -a management review is needed to determine what changes are required to save the company and put it on a profitable path. JOhn
