Just finished digesting the KBro report on NTRX, and I am very impressed. The report was written by a KBro CFA named Vik Grover. It is well-written, informative, and extremely bullish on NTRX. Here are the numerical highlights:

FY00 Rev 81.7 mm, EPS 22 cents
FY01 Rev 155.7 mm, EPS 87 cents

Using these estimates, I believe NTRX should be trading at 30x one-year forward EPS. Discounting the 2001 estimate at 20% gives a per share price of 30*0.87/1.20 = 21.75. This suggests that NTRX is undervalued on a fundamental basis.

The report stresses how undervalued NTRX is relative to CLRN, which is currently worth $1.94 billion. Grover's new target is $34 a share, which will still be only about half of Clarent's valuation, despite the fact that the two companies' revenue estimates are comparable.

I foresee a great year for NTRX in 2000. Regards,

VV
