NucTrader,

I noticed that a few of those on your list were subsidized early in their lives by Winfield Capital (WCAP). Have you contemplated, as others have, to "buy the basket" by picking up some WCAP? It appears that they now hold over 500,000 shares of CMRC at an average price of less than $3 per share. BLSW in another that they got at pre-IPO prices.

Though it has had a pretty good run recently, some of their other holdings indicate they may not be done yet. They have some potential in their stable that they will bring public in 2000. With the venture capital companies being somewhat fashionable right now, this seems to be an interesting way to capitalize on the B2C stocks that have a healthy portion of their run already behind them.

Harris and Harris Group (HHGP) is a similar story with SILK and Syquest in their portfolios. Your thoughts?

Regards,

Pat
