Jest picked this up from smallcapcenter.com e-mail: "ImmuLogic Pharmaceutical (NASDAQ: IMUL) closed at 75 cents, up 59.8% on a volume of 7.8 million shares, although its last press release on Aug. 25 said the company would be dissolved. Carl Icahn owns huge chunks of ImmuLogic and bought more shares in September, after the company had announced its impending dissolution.
