tell you the truth, I don't understand what difference does it make whether the HK market is open or not...!! it's traded here as ADR, and with the time difference, it does not make any sense that our trading here is tied up to the HK market... does that make sense to anybody here ?

let's assume that our trading is tied up to the HK market, so a MM would check the HK market before executing an order here !!! and what happens when the market closes few hours before we do... how were we able to trade it all the way up to 4 PM before the holiday...!!! did the MM stock up on it and now they are out of it and are waiting to replenish...!!! it just does not make any sense to me...

forgive my rambling, I am sharing some thoughts with you in the hopes to understand what is going on, and may be help some other confused soul like myself...

best regards
amein
