Concept of investing in one big stock with good momentum is carrying many small stocks of good momentum potential to pyramid the profits. First think of $10 stocks going to $100. Next think of $5 stock going to $100. Thirdly think of $1 going to $100. Lastly think of $0.1 stock going to $100.
You should be asking what is a $100 stock? Almost all the good stocks are $100 stock, search for over $100 stocks?
Which stocks do you know goes from $0.1, $1, $5, and $10 to $100. Check up on all the charts, learn their case history, then look at all the stock available at these levels currently, and pick them. You may have to do some business consulting to get them to $100 a share.
Now that you are almost ready, how many stocks can your good momentum stock carry these picks you have researched? You don't want to lose money with the fund. You may average down your total investment? To avoid average down, you have to take the smallest stocks, with the smallest losses possible against the big stock profit you have.
It is a study of companies with big momentum in growth.
