William B. re: in most cases I have had to almost get fierce to FORCE them to not sell over the past three and a half years 1999 has been tough because of the long duration of stock price trouble. It takes a very solid reputation to keep investors from jumping ship. Congratulations for surviving this year and enjoy the performance in 2000. Cheers Mike
