I dumped mine a while back around .50 after holding for a year waiting for something to happen. This company seems long on vision but short on carrying it out. There are two aspects that bother me most. First, what happened to the promised financings? And second, too much 144 paper hitting the market. I suppose if you don't have any money you have to issue paper to pay salaries and other expenses. However, this is dilutive and calls into question management's ability to execute the business plan IMO.
