Ed, haven't found any news that accounts for the sell-off. But it looked to me like early yesterday afternoon, someone came in with a sell program on the stock. I'm guessing it's probably grounded in tax selling from someone who purchased the stock at substantially higher levels and they're just taking the tax loss to offset gains elsewhere. So, we wait and watch. I'll probably add to the position if we have a repeat of yesterday... Mark
