If Intel is serious, then 3com is toast. Intel's cash flow from microprocessors enables them to sell network cards for $10 a pop if they so choose. They could give them away and still have a great bottom line. Frank, Perhaps. But this still reminds me (especially with INTC talking about adding chips to motherboards) when the Gorilla took on little Megahertz in PC Cards. INTC bailed out after Meggie matched them cut for cut. I think one thing we shouldn't forget is COMS has a lot of deals cut with big names. I'm gonna hang tough untill it's time to vote then see where we are... Derek
