Who is Jim Varney?

and why should anybody listen to him?
that's why ALSC won't be up much today.
most of that article was plucked from
other investment forum sights like this
one, and sadly won't get too much play.

The Great news is the ADR was bumped up
from June to April. I just wonder if
the Hitachi merger will dilute ALSC's
position? will the ADR be a true tracking
stock, or some sort of secondary offerring?

We should also keep in mind that with the
Nasdeq gaining 75% this year, and the Fed
poised to raise rates .25-.50 in February,
there may be No January effect left anymore!

Also, I don't know if anyone here noticed,
but memory prices are down a good 25% during
the current quarter. As a matter of fact
PC133 Memory is now much cheaper than older
PC100 Chips even at higher density's. This
does not bode well for the Inventory ALSC
was sitting on hoping for good operations.
(yeah, I know, ALSC is now a mutual fund.)

Disclosure: Long, but hoping to
get more stock cheaper in January.
