Dear Savant, Despite being long ANTS (with an itchy trigger finger), I find the parallels between Chopp and ANTS more than a little scary. Huttons involvement, complicated technology, splits, private placements (from unnamed sources), delays (just several weeks, from Dec. to mid January, but a delay, nonetheless); all can be used to build a strong, but circumstantial argument that points to another scam.
On the other hand, there is the involvement with Lawson and the posting of ANTS info on their website and the partnership/relationship with Patton. Lawson is a very, very moral company with a quiet religious bent to it, and they would never knowingly get involved in something like this if it were not credible. The advisory board would all have had to have been duped, assuming, as I do, that these gentlemen are not all part of a big conspiracy. And given the past of the Huttons, a history that most likely was known by these board members, one could believe that there was a fair amount a skepticism that was overcome by some evidence (the demonstration of Ants running on a machine with Ants and on a machine without Ants would be the one thing that I would demand in return for my assistance and to alleviate any doubt) Also, the stock had a very quiet run from 1 to 15 in the sense that there was very little promotional material released by the company, so someone was accumulating. Finally, as best can be determined, there has been no inside selling.
A little back and forth from thoughtful posters like yourself would be appreciated. The raging bull thread is more like a religious gathering and they do not tolerate non-believers (its not okay to be long and skeptical, better to have no stake and BELIEVE).
Any thoughts would be appreciated,
regards, Brian |
