thanks for your feedback. I am sure you are right about the split and the holders of record date; I wasn't thinking too clearly on that. Incidentally the 50% dividend was supposed to be paid today, so I am expecting to see this reflected in the share price this week.

I am hoping that the spread is smaller after the split which will make me feel more comftorable purchasing some more PRLX without such a large immediate paper loss.

I too share your optimism and if earnings and revenues continue growing as they have been; it will just be a matter of time for PRLX shares to appreciate.

Incidentally I found PRLX via a company named Altron which is located nearby in Mass. ALRN was a purchase of mine in 1991 at 6 and has split 3/2 3 times since then and has been struggling with less than expected earnings but still a pretty nice performer and I think a good long term performer.

Steve, I have no objection to spreading the word about PRLX to other threads. The more interest in this issue can only help as far as I am concerned.
