DD, The applet works great with Netscape 4.6 Communicator. You are running a very old (in computer years) software app. Why don't you download the free version 4.6 at netscape.com. I've been using it for about 6 months and have had no trouble with it whatsoever. FWIW, after downloading the old version to your drive, completely uninstall the old version and then use <ctrl-alt-del> and close all apps except "explorer" and "systray" before doing the install. DO NOT USE THE INSTALL SOFTWARE UTILITY IN WINDOWS OR YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH ANY NETSCAPE PRODUCT (I wonder why??) Matt
