I'm afraid Don has more patience than I with your rubbish. You sound like a broken record.

As you point out, LUMM's NNM filing process means they are easily in a position to meet the tightened BB listing requirements, which incidentally hit a whole raft of companies in the alpha range K thru M on the same day as LUMM.

If you don't like the stock sell it (or short it, which it appears likely is your current trading position). Just lose the "buyer beware" BS. We've seen this stuff on Raging Bull for months now (since LUMM was around 4, in fact) and it's no more effective now that it was back then.
