Just received a call back from cybercorp. Seems a certain batch of people were having problems connecting and that it wasn't a system wide issue. Problem is now resolved. Just wanted to say that every time I call cyber I'm dealt with in a very courteous and professional manner, by cyber support. Thank you for the good work!
