Heinz, I find it very concerning about the how the actions of the Fed effect the markets and how the Fed engineers monetary policy around the markets. Notice that no mention of the influence of liquidity on the market was mentioned, although it is quite clear from historical data that the bull thrives on liquidity. I guess the Fed loves the "bull" at this time. I suppose that as long as productivity gains are made and inflation is tame, the Fed can be gutsy.

What happens if the Fed tightens, but continues strong liquidity injections? Does this question even make sense?
