Good point about the general run-up in biotech's. Many other companies have gone up during the last month or so (like CGRN,GNTA). There seems to be a rotation of money into this sector. Most likely profits from internuts finding looking for a new home. So yes, a "profitable" biotech would more likely attract new investors.
FWIW, I was looking at the short positions for BTGC. It does seem to have a rather high 'days to cover ratio', but nothing that seem out of the ordinary for this stock. I would like to see the Dec. numbers. Could short postions being covered be part of the uptick? I am rather bearish on BTGC right now. It (price) seems to defy gravity however, so I'll go along for the ride.:o)
