Kerry, there is no information available as to which stocks and sectors have the highest margin debt infection. but you can make an educated guess which ones they are. as for margin debt in general, it is at it's highest level ever, both in absolute terms (almost 200 billion dollars) as well as relative terms (percentage of GDP and total market cap). during November it has experienced it's fastest growth spurt ever, beating the previous record dating from April. rest assured, should the bubble pop, the margin clerks will get very busy...
