idler, I was actually wondering if this fit into all the LG stories. Either case is good. It is a long story but I remember China being not that happy about how GSM got launched. Basically, all the business went to foreign firms from infra to handsets. That was one of the objectives, if I remember correctly. China wants a piece of the action for CDMA, not just open the huge market for the benefit of foreign firms again. Ramsey
