Rich: Thanks for the nice, cogent explanation of VLNC's manufacturing process. It bears saving for newbies who may come along wanting to know..."Well, gee..VLNC's just an itty bitty entity....why won't the monsters of industry just blow them out of the water with their own processes?" Clearly it's a weee more complex than just setting up your line and cranking out the product. The fact that VLNC is basically the only one doing it with OEM agreement(s) is proof the process must be a manufacturing engineers worse nightmare to create, proof out, etc.. So VLNC's gotten there....and can now "spit out" product. Yup...me thinks 2000, and 2001 are gonna be classic vintage years for VLNCer's. And need I say some of us are looking forwards to it? ;-) Happy holidays! John~
