Isn't that true JDSU/ETEK provide fiber raw materials to equipment maker NT/LU etc which provide their product to LEVT/QWST/Williams/Global crossing etc which provide their products to TELCO wcom/T/sprint... In that sense, JUSU has a different market from NT and LU. pls advise. Thanks
