Shopnow.com has deep pockets,..and I beleive this think will go through. Ubarter.com looks good on paper & has a allot of customers in Canada. This company will take UBTR to whole new level,..which means a higher stock price. Since th deal was signed, the shopnow.com stock has gone up over 25%,..which means when the deal is final UBTR stock will be worth even more on the conversion to SNTP stock.
