ELCO is in a different space than SEBL - they're more targeted at b2b procurement and settlement whereas SEBL is targeted at sales and customer service applications- a more established market. As for FA.

SEBL is trading at 30 times sales.
ELCO is trading at less than 1 times.

SEBL is showing good earnigns
ELCO is just finishing restructuring and those costs will go away...especially if they get away from the "remarketing business" which is what appears to be their direction.

SEBL software is targeted at a well known market - customer service
ELCO is targeted at a relatively new and untapped market - b2b commerce solutions - the next hot wave and an area where expeditures will pick up next year.

I agree however that the stock is overextended from a TA and so I took a position at $30 and expect it to correct from it's current $39 price point. If (when?) it drops back under $30 I'll add. This will be an interesting quarter for ELCO but after this first quarter I expect the stock to break out.

Full disclosure... I haven't detailed all the FA yet but this is first blush...
